Some Character Panda features — chat, story generation, message rewrite, image and video generation, and voice synthesis — are powered by third-party AI/ML services. When you use these features, your prompt, any uploaded media, and the generated output are sent to those services to produce a response.
Google (Gemini API): Chat, story generation, and message rewrite may be processed by the Google Gemini API. Google's use of this data is governed by Gemini API Additional Terms and the Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
Other AI/ML providers: We also use additional AI/ML providers for image, video, voice, and related creative features, including AtlasCloud (image, video, and text-to-speech models such as Seedream, Wan, Kling, HappyHorse, Nano Banana, Seedance, and xAI TTS), ElevenLabs (premium text-to-speech), and Cartesia (voice cloning and premium text-to-speech, when enabled). We only send the prompt, media, and settings needed to fulfill the request. We do not send payment details, passwords, or other users' private messages to AI providers.
Infrastructure and payments subprocessors: Account data, chats, media, and generated content are stored on Supabase (database, authentication, and object storage) and served through Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and edge compute). Payments are processed by Stripe (web) and Google Play Billing (Android). Push notifications, when enabled, use Firebase Cloud Messaging. These providers process only the data necessary to run their respective service.
Model training: We do not use your chats, uploads, or generated outputs to train our own models. The AI providers we use through their paid API tiers do not use your content to improve their models.
Retention and deletion: Provider logs may be retained for short periods for abuse monitoring, safety, and billing. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through your Settings page at any time.
