Away messages and check-ins
When you have not been active for a while, your characters can proactively reach out so the story continues.
Enabling push notifications
Toggle push in Settings and tap Allow when your browser asks. On desktop, make sure OS-level Chrome notifications are also enabled.
Push notifications are not arriving
Most issues come from OS-level Chrome notifications being blocked or Focus / Do Not Disturb being on.
